• Customized Orders: If you have requested a customized piece, please allow 10-14 working days for our skilled artisans to craft your unique jewelry.                                        Once completed, we will promptly ship it to your designated address.

Please note that shipping charges will apply to all national orders.

The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight.

• Standard Product Orders: For international customers, the shipping process for standard product orders may take up to 15 working days. We will strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery.
